Even do the room was none smoke room. It smell of cigarette and the pillows were very hard

Great location, literally 1 minute walk from the station. Room was laid out well and gave us space to move around easier than some of our other accommodations had. Staff was very helpful regarding our luggage delivery needs and we're very inviting when passing by in or out. Was a great stay!

We liked that the location of the hotel was really accesible and we could move easily and explore Tokyo by foot or Metro.

I like how close the property was from the train station and the eateries. Also, that it has its own coin laundry machine which is very convenient.

Only that the microwave is shared in the lobby

The staff were all very helpful. Location was great. Super close to the train and places to eat, groceries and shops. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I wished we had a bigger room. It was my mistake not booking the rooms correctly. I wish it was a double Queen bedroom. I booked a twin bed for 2 bedrooms.

APA is always a good option. Friendly, helpful staff and the beds are comfortable.

APA hotel is good value for the money. They always have the best locations. This one is literally across the street from the train station. There is another hotel of the same brand literally a block away. Around the area are a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The beds were comfy and all amenities were provided. Small fridge in the room and a kettle. There is a microwave in the lobby.

I accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor so there was a bit of a stench in the hallway, however it was to be expected of a smoking floor.

Near to train and bus station. There's a lot of food establishment near the hotel and the staff is very helpful and accommodatin.

11 am checkout were rest hotels are at 10 am… late checkout ¥1000 1hour. Which is very affordable at times when you need to extend your stay.

Pillows are quit flat I needed 2 at least

Off the beaten track enough to get away from madness of the inner city but close enough that most of what we wanted to see was only 20min by train or bus

Everything was great but if we had to pick something, the pillows were a bit flat but management give extras which was nice

The location was amazing literally right next to the metro. The staff were amazingly helpful. 2 bottles of water were provided in the room

It was a bit tricky to figure out how to see your room's Wi-Fi password. There kind of was a guide on a paper but it didn't say what to do if the password wasn't already visible on the TV screen. It could easily be solved by writing somewhere: If your TV was set to showing a channel when you walked in, you need to press "VOD" on the remote :)

Extremely clean rooms and very convenient amenities, basically perfect especially considering the relatively low cost. Extremely close to station. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Obviously considering the price there aren’t any special facilities, which is completely reasonable. The location isn’t so far from the city center (about half an hour on the metro), but there is really not much to do in the surrounding areas (not many good restaurants and basically no sights). Just something to keep in mind — eg it’s not really worth going back to the hotel during the day to rest and doing something nearby afterwards

Room was spacious in japan standarts, they bring towels and other stuff every morning

After chek-in our room, few hours later, one staff at the reception (she was not japanese) called us and asked us 10.000 yen because our son is 8 years old, she said hotel policy is, child above 7 needs to pay extra money. She was very rude and demanded money like she was going to beat us up. That was our last hotel in japan and 5 other hotels we stayed did not cause any problem like that. We stayed calm, and I told her i am going to check with booking.com and we may pay later as we are staying 4 days. I complained about the staution on booking app. Later 3 days no one at the reception asked about the money and we did not pay eventually. I guess she tried to exort money from us but we stayed strong and she could not.Also this apa hotel (there are many in tokyo and japan) although very close to nishi-kansai station, it takes 40 min to shinjuku, shinbashi and other central tokyo, so very far from center tokyo, tokyo is very very big city, consider that before booking.There are elevator maintenance all the time and they put flammable box on fire/emerygency stairs that was big no no!

Very clean and friendly staff

The bedroom was very small with the double bed pushed up against the wall along one side. Still very comfortable though.

Location was excellent as it was just a couple minutes from the station. As expected, the room was clean and neat. I'm also impressed by the staff and reception who was particularly warm-hearted and helpful.

Was not good , bathroom was very moldy and smelt of mildew . Room small and very thin pillows ! Would not stay here again . Staff were very nice
